  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare for Pickup or Shipping

  For small decor, print the provided prepaid label; for large furniture pieces, our team will contact you to schedule a professional curbside collection.

  Inspection Process

  Once your items arrive at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect them to ensure they are in original, like-new condition.

  Receive Your Refund

  After approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
