What is the delivery timeline for large furniture items?
Standard shipping for mattresses and bed frames usually takes 7-10 business days. Custom upholstery orders may take 4-6 weeks for handcrafted production and delivery.
Do you offer a sleep trial for mattresses?
Yes, we offer a 100-night risk-free sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your mattress after a 30-day break-in period, you can exchange it or return it for a full refund.
Does my furniture come with a warranty?
All Slumberland furniture includes a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty covering structural defects. Extended protection plans are available for purchase at checkout.
Do you provide white-glove assembly services?
We offer premium White Glove Delivery for an additional fee, which includes room-of-choice placement, professional assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor and bedding?
Unused home decor and unopened bedding sets can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, pillows and mattress protectors cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
Slumberland is committed to sustainability. Our wooden frames are FSC-certified, and our foam products are CertiPUR-US certified to ensure they are free from harmful chemicals.
